We ask that you finalize your Holiday Shopping with us the latest by December 5, 2023 we present this suggestion so that your orders can arrive in a reasonable time before the holiday. We have already experienced packages arriving later than expected so you can only imagine what delay you will experience during this Holiday Season. We cannot guarantee all shipments will arrive in time so please plan accordingly.
Please note that we are not responsible for longer transit times that shipping carriers take to deliver your purchase during the holiday season. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages by carrier. - You may file a formal complaint with the carrier.
We DO NOT OFFER expedited or rush shipping.
Once the package is out of hands and in the shipping carriers control we cannot guarantee the time, date or condition of shipment. If there is a theft or loss you need to contact your local authorities in reference to this issue.
If your package is not received at the time of delivery due to not being available to receive or sign for it, another attempt is usual and the CUSTOMER MUST make sure that they are available to receive the second attempt or make arrangements with shipper through tracking to be able to receive package or pick up at their hub.
Should customer not be available to receive or pick up second attempt item and is it is sent back to us (NY GIFT BOUTIQUE) the CUSTOMER will be re-charged for reshipment/re-delivery to re-send. We DO NOT offer returns, or refunds or exchanges on refused or unavailable for delivery acceptance on packages. If your package was stolen we strongly suggest making a report of this incident to your local police or authorities as this is a crime and we are NOT responsible for this.
Please also note that carrier rates have increased across the board with many carriers and so you may incur a higher shipping charge on your orders.
