Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 5-8 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed by email that you have supplied to us of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
SHIPPING - We do not offer Expedited or Express Shipping due to the nature of certain selected items that require time for personalization or customization.
Certain orders can incur a backorder where it will require 2 or more shipments however, certain distributors we work with wish to reduce their carbon footprint and wait for shipment fulfillment to send out deliveries only once.

Returns- **To protect the health and well-being of our staff returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis since we cannot guarantee the safety and cleanliness of products that have been requested to be returned. This includes apparel, bedding, and other personal accessories such as bath or beauty items. We reserve the right to not accept returns and offer no refunds at our discretion. We are not required by NY law to refund or accept returns and we reserve the right to not offer exchanges or returns. Should an exchange be approved for store error we must be in receipt of the returned item first before we send the exchange our to replace. No Exceptions.
