All our items are sold online only we ship directly to the customer only. We are a respected dealer for all companies represented.

Credit Cards
We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. NY Gift Boutique reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Other Conditions
Prices are subject to change without notice as well as discontinue an item or service we provide.
These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. NY Gift Boutique reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 3-5 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed by email that you have supplied to us of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
SHIPPING - We do not offer Expedited or Express Shipping due to the nature of certain selected items that require time for personalization or customization.  
Certain orders can incur a backorder where it will require 2 or more shipments however, certain distributors we work with wish to reduce their carbon footprint and wait for shipment fulfillment to send out deliveries only once. 
Privacy
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from NY Gift Boutique, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone, number and a password. We use this information to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your purchases and to personalize your shopping experience.
Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to this store. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.
We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. Please consult each site's privacy policy for more information. NY Gift Boutique is not responsible for the actions of third parties.

Returns **To protect the health and well-being of our staff returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis since we cannot guarantee the safety and cleanliness of products that have been requested to be returned. This includes apparel, bedding, and other personal accessories such as bath or beauty items. We reserve the right to not accept returns and offer no refunds at our discretion. We are not required by NY law to refund or accept returns and we reserve the right to not offer exchanges or returns. 
**NO RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED DRINKWARE, ORNAMENTS, BAGS, BLANKETS, APPAREL, BEDDING, AND PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM GIFTS.

We require that you certify all spelling on custom/Personalized orders and that all spelling, dates, Color Choices, design options, and messages are correct we cannot exchange or replace once orders have been processed. 

Bridal Headpieces or Veils can be returned under certain exceptions within 7 days of receipt as per tracking number. There should be no signs of makeup, hairspray, breakage, replacement of any stones or jewels, bending or showing signs of being worn and then returned. The item should be returned in its original packaging such as any plastic wrap and in original new condition. 
You are responsible for shipping on the return of an item to us for refunds.  We recommend using a trackable and reputable shipper such as UPS or Fed Ex so the return can be tracked. Choose an appropriate box and secure accordingly. Insure your package at full value since shipping costs are nonrefundable in case problems arise in transport and we are not responsible for that. 
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our conditions.
Returns will be reviewed on a Case-by-case basis with proper communication to us within 7 days. 
Returned items must be returned in original product packing, we will not accept used and opened products. We will not issue a refund on used items back to us or on refused packages.
 
All returns require an RMA Number (Returns Material Authorization Number) which can be obtained by email at contact@nygiftboutique.com within 7 days of receipt as noted by tracking.

The reason for return and shipment information such as Tracking Numbers 
Custom and Personalized orders are non-returnable- All Personalized Orders require certification that all spelling is correct before checkout, the customer is responsible for ensuring all spelling, dates, names, design choices, colors, or ink choices are correct before proceeding with the order. 
Cancellations- by the customer will incur a 10% cancellation fee, Due to orders being processed immediately we cannot always guarantee a cancellation. We most definitely cannot offer it on a custom item. 
Cancellation by NY GIFT BOUTIQUE will occur as well if an order received is followed up by NY GIFT BOUTIQUE immediately to notify the customer if a specific Print, Embroidery, color or shape is not available and we have reached out at least three times to accommodate the customer to receive notification of exchange for an item that is available for replacement or change in color, spelling (no characters are allowed in printing and embroidery) or shape. Having made the attempts to receive notification if we do not hear back from the customer after these attempts have been made we cannot hold the order and we reserve the right to have the order canceled and refunded back to the customer.
We also reserve the right to cancel any order that is deemed suspicious based on internal information we receive about the order that may seem fraudulent. We will also cancel an order if there are any suspicious markers or inconsistencies that could indicate the order to be fraudulent. We have systems in place to notify us of these potential risks. We reserve the right not to fulfill this order or any other orders from the same customer with similar markers on the order. 

Many of the items on our site are handmade and/or hand-painted, NY Gift Boutique is not responsible for any variations in design, color, size, shape, weight or accessories (stones, crystals, pearls, tags, ribbons etc.) Due to the fact that items are manufactured at different times the coloring of an item or packaging shown in the photo or detailed in the product description may also vary, we are unable to guarantee exact coloring. Coloring and packaging may change without notice. We will not be held responsible for any claim related to variations of the coloring of an item, its packing or any fees that may arise to remedy such claims. We are not responsible for shipping delays there are many unforeseen circumstances that can occur to delay a package. If the package was needed by a certain date the customer MUST note that in any checkout notes otherwise no refunds or returns will be issued. We Do Not offer next-day, local or quick delivery due to making sure we have stock available. If your package is not received at time of delivery due to not being available to receive or sign for it, another attempt is usual and the customer MUST make sure they are available to receive the second attempt or make arrangements with the shipper through tracking to be able to receive the package or pick up at their hub. We do not offer returns or refunds on refused packages. If your package was stolen we strongly suggest making a report of the crime with your local police as this is a crime. 
Shipping Policy
NY Gift Boutique DOES NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. 
- Most orders will ship within 5-14 business days provided the product ordered is in stock. Some delays may occur from the distribution which we cannot unfortunately control. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement or on Holidays and Holiday dates expressed that account for NY Gift Boutique to not be open. 
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. We are not responsible for any delays by our shippers. Since certain items are prepared such as wrapped favors or if there is a short stock we do not provide Next Day, Two or Three-day shipping unless expressed by our shipping department that the option is avail.
Heavy Freight Items-  Items that are a large size and weight are set with a Standard Freight shipping Price. This cannot be changed or removed.

All content found on this site; including products, web copy, promotions etc., is the sole property of NY Gift Boutique and has no direct ties to Shopify as a company. TAXES
Our store will automatically charge and withhold applicable taxes for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state where NY GIFT BOUTIQUE holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, You (the shopper) are solely responsible for any taxes and/or other taxes that may apply for your area. 
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS- 
We are not responsible for typographical errors made by YOU the customer that match the order, certification is checked by you as the customer before the order is processed and we will print or customize it according to the certification that you approved to be printed. 
COLOR- 
We are not responsible for any slightly darker or lighter shade of any item that arrives, our descriptions or color are from our manufacturers, and some home computers, tablets, phones, etc. may show a varying degree of color on your screen and we are not responsible for the color of the item since we do not manufacture it colors will vary slightly. 
EDIBLE ITEMS SHIPPING INFO-

HOT WEATHER SHIPPING (MAY THROUGH OCTOBER AS NEEDED)
SHIPPING /DELIVERY 
Some candies and sweets are sensitive to hotter temperatures in the spring, summer and fall months. Chocolate, marshmallow and gummi or jelly candies may melt or get sticky in hot or humid environments. While this may be perfect for fondue, it’s not for your candy order. So, to ensure your product arrives in great condition, “Heat Sensitive”* items will have shipping restrictions during hot weather months. When ordering, keep the following in mind:  
  • Temperatures differ from state to state, so shipping restrictions may be in effect for some states but not others.
  • Your order is being shipping from our temperature-controlled location in northern Cincinnati, Ohio. We check to ensure your order is of perfect quality prior to sealing the package for shipment. However, we cannot guarantee that your candy will arrive in the same perfect condition. For this reason, we do not provide refunds or replacements of the product damaged by high temperatures.
  • If your order contains a heat sensitive item, Economy shipping will not be offered as an option due to the longer time in transit.
  • Any order containing a heat sensitive item is shipped via Expedited in an insulated package with an ice pack to protect the candy from melting in heat during transit. 
If an order has a heat sensitive item and the order is placed after 10 am EST Wednesday, the order will not ship until Monday, except when the order:
  • Is placed before 10 am EST Thursday and shipping to a business address with a 1-day transit time for delivery on Friday.
  • Is placed before 10 am EST Thursday and shipping to a residential address with a 2-day transit time for delivery on Saturday.
  • Is placed before 10 am EST Friday and shipping to a residential address with a 1-day transit time for delivery on Saturday.
